Our client is a profitable and innovative, market leading manufacturer of commercial heating and ventilation products selling directly to the specification and contracting marketplace. With a strong history of product development and a dynamic approach to sales and customer service they have recently invested significant sums in technology and people with an objective of creating first class sales and customer service processes. Due to the ever changing market place, green issues and renewable energy, they now require the services of a seasoned Sales and Marketing Director to manage and guide the business through this next key stage of development. This role will require the successful sales and marketing director to play a coaching and developing role ensuring that the strategic planning set out by the sales team is capitalised upon. The successful candidate will have experience of instilling a solutions led sales approach along with the ability to drive continuous improvement programs. Ideally candidates will have experience of using training skills and technology to link internal and external teams and develop a robust processes that will help drive sales forward. A knowledge of the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering marketplace and Construction HVAC industry is essential .
