Sales Executive / Business Development Manager - retail / CPG: My client is a market leading global provider of B2B EDI and supply chain integration solutions. Due to offering an extensive range of out-sourced, EDI and supply chain management solutions which help companies, both large and small, which synchronizes, optimizes and enhance the speed of the overall performance of their global supply chains. they are experiencing phenomenal growth even through these difficult financial times. To this end, they are now seeking an experienced, and driven Sales Executive / Business Development Manager to join their team selling into Retail / Consumer Packaged Goods sectors. and particularly with a proven track record of successfully selling Integration as a service’ and/or SaaS based products.

The ideal candidate will be an obvious new business animal that relishes the hunt and thrives on beating the competition. You will have an understanding in at least one of either supply chain, B2B integration, data-comms, managed services or outsourcing related to the Retail / Consumer Packaged Goods sectors. You will be proactive and be able to demonstrate an outbound, new business sales capability. Competent in sector planning, with an ability to manage both technical and executive customer stakeholders, you will have a strong C-level presence and not only be comfortable in this environment but be thought highly of by both your peers and clients alike. The successful candidates will be part of a very successful, growing, profitable global business and have real input into the sales strategy for allocated sectors and full responsibility for sales execution.
